I worked with Teri Minard, CB remotely as I was living on the East Coast. Starting at the end of March, I was able to purchase a lovely bungalow in Minneapolis by the end of June. As we were working together from a distance and during an unprecedented pandemic, I would say this was an amazing partnership. Teri is very good at all aspects of this business: she took the time to understand my requirements for the purchase, she brings to bear a lot of prior experience from business and she knows all aspects of the real estate purchase in great detail. Teri is very well- connected to the Twin Cities and can recommend services needed for the purchase and after: Home Loan Broker, Inspections, and so on. Teri negotiated on my behalf and paid attention to detail (for instance, keeping track of the small repairs we asked to be completed and ensuring the previous owner kept home/yard up while as we moved toward close). I always felt I had an advocate in the process. Teri is a great professional and it was a pleasure to work with her.

It was a tremendous pleasure to work with Terri to both find a new home and sell our previous one. We both appreciated that she explained her "style " of working up front, and gave us options if we thought the process was moving too quickly or slowly. She always responded very quickly to any inquiry. When we found a home we really loved she was ready to tender an offer right then, and we got the house in spite of lots of competition for it. I'm convinced that her advice regarding our final offer was what sealed the deal. Teri is patient, intelligent and very knowledgeable about the market. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home, especially if you are trying to downsize. It's a complicated world out there, she navigates well!

Teri was amazing for me and extremely communicative throughout the entire buying process. If it wasn’t for her, I’d probably still be on the market looking today! She checked all the boxes of what I was looking for in a home and location. Due to her position at Coldwell, she sourced a great house for me that I was able to put an offer on pre market. Without this opportunity, who knows what would have happened to the homes pricing and availability if it were to hit the market itself. During the buying and closing process, Teri was very knowledgeable and reassuring regarding many questions I had that the bank couldn’t clear up themselves. Teri helped me get through closing which although was stressful, ultimately was much easier and smoother than I expected. Without Teri, who knows where I’d be in the buying process. I’d recommend her anytime, and already have to several friends. Thank you again so much Teri!
